Cost Per Term: $200.00(per participant) - PRICE HAS BEEN ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THE REMAINING WEEKS OF THE TERM.

- Helmet
- Pads: Knee, Elbow & Wrist Guards
Please Note: It is mandatory that all participants wear a helmet for the session.
PLEASE ENSURE THE WAIVER FORM IS COMPLETED.
Please note: Your child/children will not be able to participate if the waiver form is not returned.
